Could it supply power to the load while charging?
At present, for battery life maintenance, it is recommended not to charge and discharge at ordinary times, except in emergencies. When the generator is recharging from AC wall mains, only the USB outings and AC outings are available. As for other output sockets, they are not capable of charging and discharging at the same time, what is more, DC outing will be enabled with priority when there are multiple devices plugged in. For the rest ports, first come first served.
Could it supply power to the load while charging?
No, the S2000 Pro is not waterproof. Please do NOT store it in a humid environment for an extended period.

Have you ever looked at canpar delivery reviews??? There the worst delivery company EVER !! Iam very disappointed i didnt look into this before I made my purchase I never would have bought it. I have contacted cbc news about them they are rude on the phone and have no answers where my package is
I usually need a large-capacity power supply when I go out to shoot, so I bought this 2400w one, and tried it indoors first, and it is quite good. It can drive a lot of equipment, even if there is a power outage, it can still use electricity normally. The appearance and texture are very good, the performance is very strong
First of all, kudos to the seller Joners; he offers excellent service, sent a few questions by email and received an answer in a short time. You don't have that all too often anymore.
About the device itself, I also use it to supply a 220 V power circuit to the house. Overnight when there is no sun and the Allpower batteries switch off the 220 V power supply, the power circuit starts automatically via a relay.
As for the sound of the fan, it doesn't bother me at all. It's okay that way.
I can only recommend it for camping, etc.
This is about the updated version of AllPowers s2000 power station. The stand-out thing about this station is that it has two charging options with large inputs of 400W from a wall socket and 500W with solar panels. And you could also charge the station simultaneously, which reduces the charging time to just a few hours.I mainly use the power station to charge my Mac, its monitor and other electronics. The station has variety of outputs like AC outlets, type-C and USB ports, which serves me well with all the gears. The upgraded version is very quiet in use, too. The AllPowers has a happy customer here.
Bought it to reduce our electricity usage at home and use during camp trips. So far it has been used successfully on washer, dryer, coffee maker saw-z-all, electric grill, blender and other more energy intensive appliances that my 500W generator cant run. I had some problems with panels but customer support came through and solved my problem. Not a bad price either, compared to other brands.
I sent several emails and Facebook Messenger posts for support following the delivery of my system on July 16th.
No one has responded.
Items I was told were included in the "package" were not, and the manuals provided are of no help without the missing parts.
Plainly put, there is no after sales support. Buyer beware.
Could not be happier with my purchase..Watched bunch of reviews and tested it myself with variety of power tools. Everything worked as described. My only regret was not getting bigger solar panels but will save up to get them. Also getting an additional generator for the shop..Happy customer..
I could not in all fairness say that I am happy, but I am in contact with your support people over the issue with this unit. I know that right now they are celebrating Chinese New Year so there could be a delay in rectifying the problem. The issue is that I don't get clean 120 volt power when the unit is plugged into the wall; once unplugged and running off the batteries it works fine. The other issue which I just discovered, is that the usb ports don't work when the unit is plugged in, but work fine once it's unplugged and working off the batteries. I have not made your support people aware of this latest issue yet. I am confident that these two problems will be delt with properly and once resolved my comments will more favourable. Thanks
I've been servicing them easy to work on if you have a problem usually the B.M S most always I've found but I repair them probably cheaper than shipping lol 😆 if anyone has one that's not working I haven't charged more than 150$ so far just ship it to me and you'll get it back within 9 days I'll even show it working on video before you E transfer repair payment ship to 1063 Baker st Peterborough Ontario K9H7P1 .
It worked really well, until it didn't. I purchased a S2000 pro with two 200 watt solar panels just over a year ago to use in my motorhome on my move to Mexico.
It was working perfectly up until about 3 months ago when it refused to take a charge of any sort. The solar panels only lasted about 3 months before their ability to supply power diminished almost daily, even after re-aligning them.
The generator is now just a glorified paper weight that won't take a charge via solar or plugging it in. Complete waste of money!!!
I was very impressed with the quality of the product!! Been having fun seeing how long different important appliances will run in order to figure out a strategy in the face of an outage. Will test the charge time and best position for charging with the solar panel once it quits raining. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you.
I am still testing the system on various devices around my house. I bought the system as an emergency backup system but I did not want something that was going to just sit waiting for an emergency. I use it as an extra circuit for my power tools in my garage. We always wanted a reliable portable power supply that was not heavy but delivered ample power. This unit so far is meeting all my wants and the price was very reasonable.
excellent power supply and solar panel. works well within its power capacity range. the only things i did not like is the lack of long power cables for the solar panel. which is easily fixed with a seperate purchase. but it would of been nicer to have a longer solar panel cable to start with
this is the second one i have bought from allpowers gives me enough power with 2 and 600 wats of solar panels to run everything i need at the off grid have 4 more solar panels to put up to make 1000 watts and that will be great i will be buying 1 more smaller portable unit for tools and mobility but all power products are great ty so much
Works great. Easy to set up. Bought it for the 30 amp plug so we could have power while camping. Its great to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning or watch a little TV at night. Only challenge is the location of the plugs for the solar panel, we can’t plug in the trailer and the solar panels with the current RV plug. We have ordered an extender piece for the trailer plug hoping that gives us some clearance, but for now it’s challenging. Otherwise love the unit. Perfect for our needs.
First of many reviews of the Allpowers S2000 Pro. Received the solar panels via Fed-Ex Canada 2 days after order was placed, received the solar generator a week after order was place due to courier company delays.
Generator showed up 74% charged and I plugged it in to wall outlet to charge to 100%.
Ran and tested all outlets with the exception of the 30 amp RV outlet and they all worked as they should.
I as of yet have been unable to test the two 200 watt solar panels as neither of the panels nor the generator came with solar cables
The allpower is a great little emergency power source. My family experienced power outage one night last week we were so glad to have that on hand that didn't have to go out to get the generator going. It served us well for 4 hours until the power was back on thanks allpower. And of course it's portable take it camping anything you can imagine highly recommend this product
The S2000 Pro came out of the excellent pkg , with a 74% capacity. As per instructions I charged it using the power cable that came with it , in the kitchen.
The next day I plugged my 35 Ft Keystone travel trailer into it, using the 30amp cable. I then ran an air fryer for 15 min at 400 degrees F. Then my wife’s hair dryer for 5 min; her curling iron for 4 min; the microwave for 3 min; and then the TV, fireplace and furnace all at the same time for 15 min. The capacity in the Power Station was at 45 %. I then unplugged the trailer, connected the 400W Allpower Solar Panel to the panel and due to cloud coverage only generated about 130W, however the sun came out and produced 340W. It took about 3.5hrs to fully charge the S2000. I then stored the S2000 along with the portable solar panels in the closet of the bedroom in the RV. 10 days later with night time temperatures hovering around 40 degrees F, the capacity in the S2000 is 95%. I can’t wait until we travel from British Columbia to Arizona, and Boondock for 3-4 months. My daughter just had me purchase the same units for her RV.
Tried it out with my portable freezer. Was able to run it for about 23hrs. Impressive. I like the bluetooth connectivity. Works from a good distance away. Bought it to use on my boat. Won't know until it's launched in May for the season. Hoping it can run the A/C for about 30-60 minutes while away from shore power.
We bought this to run our RV in the summer. It seems to be the thing we have been looking for. Time will tell.
ALLPOWERS does need to up their communication game. Communicating with them was frustrating.
S2000 Pro refuse to recharge with SP033 solar panel. I hear the S2000 Pro trying to kick-start recharging from SP033 solar panel, but nothing happens.
The SP033 solar panel is able to recharge my Energizer Arc 3 unit.
